Qualified as a chartered trademark and patent agent since 1995. In 1993 she graduated from the Universidad del Salvador as a sworn translator in English.

She joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2000. She counsels and assists both local and foreign clients in industrial property matters with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution, protection strategies, opposition and enforcement proceedings. She also handles domain names and industrial designs matters.

She took several courses on industrial property and has moderated local and international panels related with trademark use and enforcement and worldwide opposition systems.

She has been ranked as a leading practitioner in IP in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 by different IP specialized publications suchs as WTR, Managing IP, amongst others.

She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents from 2002 to 2018 and was elected Chairmain from 2014 to 2018.

She is part of The Emerging Issues Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Climate Change Subcommittee. She is also part of the Wellfare Committee of the Interamerical Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).

She is a member of Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial (AAAPI), Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Industrial (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriete Industrielle (AIPPI).

Marina O. Fernándezis a lawyer and a registered Industrial Property Agent since 2001. She graduated from Universidad del Museo Social Argentino in 2000.

She joined HBF in 1998 and is currently partner and involved in the Litigation Department wherein she has an active role in trademark, domain name and copyrights conflicts and trials.

She has completed post-graduate studies in “Update in Copyright Law and related rights” at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires andhas participated in several seminars dealing with trademark matters, unfair competition, advertsing and Antitrust Law.

She is a member of Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal, Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial (AAAPI), Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Industrial (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriete Industrielle (AIPPI) and MARQUES.

Graciela Pérez de Inzaurraga is a lawyer and a registered IP Agent. She graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (School of Law) in 1987. She has specialised in industrial and intellectual property law since 1989.

She joined HBF in 1989 and is manager of the firm's Foreign Clients Department since 1993. She counsels both international and local companies on trademark, copyright and patent protection and enforcement strategies and takes an active role in settlement negotiations and complex litigation over IP rights disputes.

She was assistant professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires (School of Political Sciences) from 1988 to 1991 and since 2019 is a professor of trademark law at post-graduate courses (Master in Intellectual Property and New Technologies) at Universidad Austral.

She has lectured on a variety of industrial property topics at universities and local and international meetings and congresses and provided training seminars for companies and government officials. She has also authored and published articles on issues related to her areas of expertise, notably the chapter on trade names in “Máximos Precedentes – Derecho Comercial” (Thomson Reuters/La Ley, 2015) and the Argentine section of the book 'Genuine Use of Trademarks' (AIPPI Law Series, Wolters Kluwer, 1st edition 2018, 2nd edition 2020).

She is Secretary of the Board of the Argentine Association of IP Agents. She was Chair to the Latin American Trademark Office Practices Subcommittee (2009-2013), Vice-Chair (2016-2017) and Chair (2018-2019) of the Legislation Committee and currently serves at the Trademark Examination Guidelines Revision Committee at INTA. She is President of AIPPI Argentine Group. She was Co-Chair of the Geographical Indications Committee (2010-2014) and is Chair of the Trademarks Committee at AIPPI (2015 to date). She chaired several Working Committees and plenary sessions at AIPPI International congresses.

She was honored with INTA's Volunteer Service Award for the Advancement of the Association and Marcasur's Excellence Awards in 2012, and is ranked as a leading practitioner in IP by Chambers, WTR 1000, Who's Who Legal, Managing IP, IAM 1000 and The Legal 500, among other specialized publications.

He joined Hausheer Belgrano & Fernández in 1995 and is manager of the firm's Local Clients Department. He counsels local companies on the protection of industrial rights and takes an active role in settlement negotiations over IP rights disputes.

He served as legal officer from 1986 to 1992 in several Federal Civil and Commercial courts, specially taking and active role in disputes on Industrial Property Law, among others.

He lectured as Assistant Professor in Law on Civil Procedure at Universidad de Buenos Aires (School of Law) between 1990 and 1994.

He worked as Trademark Department General Counsel and Coordinator at I.N.P.I. (National Institute of Industrial Property) from 1992 to 1995. During such period, he was also responsible for the training of advanced students ('trainees') on Trademark Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad de Belgrano, as 'Director of Trademark Law Traineeships'.

He worked as an independent lawyer between 1992 and 1995, specialising in civil and commercial matters.

She is manager of the Legal Department, taking care of disputes related to trademark oppositions,cancellation administrative and Court actions, trademark and patent infringements, obtainment of injunctions, domain name disputes, and negotiation and drafting of agreements on Industrial Property matters.

She lectured as Assistant Professor in 'Sociedades Anónimas' (Corporations) at Universidad de Buenos Aires (School of Law) between 1994 and 1995.

She has attended several seminars and lectures in the fields of trademarks, domain names, intellectual property, advertising, consumer protection and fair trade.

She has lectured on a variety of industrial property topics at different local academic seminars on Industrial Property, such a co-ownership of trademarks, trademark distinctiveness, internet service providers liability on trademark infringements, mediation proceeding practical tips, new regulations on mediation proceedings and registration of non-traditional trademarks.

She worked as an independent lawyer between 1994 and 1997.

He has completed post-graduate studies in Professional Practice; Copyright Law, Trademark Law; Data Governance, Data Compliance, Infosec and Cibersecurity.

He is an Assistant Professor of the subject Patents and Trademarks at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, and of the subject Economic

Analysis of Property Rights in the Master's Degree in Law and Economics of the aforementioned University.
