Qualified as a chartered trademark and patent agent since 1995. In 1993 she graduated from the Universidad del Salvador as a sworn translator in English.
She joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2000. She counsels and assists both local and foreign clients in industrial property matters with an emphasis on trademark clearance, prosecution, protection strategies, opposition and enforcement proceedings. She also handles domain names and industrial designs matters.
She took several courses on industrial property and has moderated local and international panels related with trademark use and enforcement and worldwide opposition systems.
She has been ranked as a leading practitioner in IP in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 by different IP specialized publications suchs as WTR, Managing IP, amongst others.
She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents from 2002 to 2018 and was elected Chairmain from 2014 to 2018.
She is part of The Emerging Issues Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Climate Change Subcommittee. She is also part of the Wellfare Committee of the Interamerical Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
She is a member of Colegio de Traductores Públicos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Asociación Argentina de Agentes de la Propiedad Industrial (AAAPI), Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Industrial (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA) and Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriete Industrielle (AIPPI).
